First Monine Engine Documentation Draft!

I've gained the courage to handle a big thing and created a wiki for Monine!!

I plan to have it contain things like guides, tutorials, and resources to help people use and adjust to Monine Engine!
All of the documentation still has the Docusaurus defaults, but I'll replace those with basic guides like "Getting Started" later on.

These update posts will cover breaking changes or new features when they come out, along with a short guide on how to get started with that feature.

Hopefully these docs will help those wanting to get started with Monine Engine, and if not, at least I tried! :3
